Full backups will be taken prior to the upgrade as a precaution.

Maintenance Date: July 13th, 2007
Maintenance Window: 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM EST (GMT -05:00)
Duration: 15-30 minutes for the MySQL service
Affected Services: MySQL will be down during the upgrade process.
