Earlier this morning, one of our firewalls failed. Unfortunately, the redundant pair failed to take over causing approximately an hour of downtime to our shared and reseller customers. VPS Nodes Reboot
We will be rebooting the following VPS nodes to apply some critical driver updates. Once the nodes are back online we will post an update below.
H-Sphere 3.5 Upgrade
The H-Sphere control panel will be upgraded to version 3.5 which introduces many bug fixes and enhancements. H-Sphere 3.4 introduces Windows 2008 RS with IIS7.5 During the upgrade, the control panel will be unavailable.
Temporary Email Slowdown
The email service is currently running slower than usual. You may see intermittent connections to the mail server while we work on bringing it back to normal speed.
Addition of Redundant Firewalls
We will be adding a new pair of redundant firewalls to protect our network. These firewalls will act as a master/backup pair in case one of them ever fails.
