Network Status

The H-Sphere control panel will be upgraded to version 3.5 which introduces many bug fixes and enhancements. H-Sphere 3.4 introduces Windows 2008 RS with IIS7.5 During the upgrade, the control panel will be unavailable.

The email service is currently running slower than usual. You may see intermittent connections to the mail server while we work on bringing it back to normal speed.

We will be adding a new pair of redundant firewalls to protect our network. These firewalls will act as a master/backup pair in case one of them ever fails.

At approximately 1:30PM EST (GMT -5:00), connectivity to our datacenter was lost causing all services to be offline. Construction work on highway 40 in Montreal caused a fiber cut which brought down most datacenters in the west of the Montreal island.
