VPS2 node is currently not responding and will need a forced reboot.

The H-Sphere control panel will be upgraded to version 3.6.1 which introduces many bug fixes and enhancements. H-Sphere 3.6.1 introduces PHP 5.3 for both Linux and Windows servers. During the upgrade, the control panel will be unavailable.

We are currently experiencing some packet loss on our network. You may notice intermittent connection to your sites and servers. The issue is being worked on and we will post an update here.

Earlier this morning, one of our firewalls failed. Unfortunately, the redundant pair failed to take over causing approximately an hour of downtime to our shared and reseller customers.
