Shared and Reseller Outage – Resolved

Earlier this morning, one of our firewalls failed. Unfortunately, the redundant pair failed to take over causing approximately an hour of downtime to our shared and reseller customers.

Services are all back online at this time and we’ve taken measures to prevent a similar event in the future. We apologize for theĀ inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
